Placing An Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (PST) will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST)  will begin the processing period of the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Rhode accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.


Promotions & Discounts

Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only. Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and can not be applied to styles purchased on sale.


Tracking An Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


Modifications/Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.


Missing/Stolen Orders

If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it, please email care@shoprhode.com. Please note, we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.


Taxes & Duties

Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed once your shipping address is entered.

International orders are sent via UPS via our integrated Zonos checkout, you are required to prepay all duties and taxes at checkout so that the item is delivered straight to your door and there will be no additional costs to you. 


International Orders

1 •. Our Zonos popup will display an image of your flag, once clicked, you will be provided information about duties and taxes.

2 The Zonos popup, will also do the currency conversion to the your native coin and provide you with estimated tax and duty as they browse our website.

3 After the you've added the products to your cart and click checkout, you will then be redirected to the Zonos International Checkout.

4 You will then enter your shipping address information, and Zonos will calculate a total landed cost as well as display the shipping price from the carrier.
