How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders require 48 hours to process. During sale and busy periods we might require more time to process your order. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage from our Los Angeles warehouse. For overnight and 2-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day. During this busy time, we can not guarantee delivery by the 25th if you select a 2-day shipment after 11am PST on Friday, December 20th.
What does processing my order mean?
The 48 hour processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to push your order through the warehouse system; this includes being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Shipping method does not include processing time, so your overnight shipment may not come the day after you order.
You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We want all our customers to be delighted with their orders. Unfortunately however once an order is placed we are unable to modify or make any changes.
Where's my preorder?
If you placed an order with a style that is on preorder, you will need to check the product page for estimated date of shipment. This date will also be noted on your order confirmation email.
At this time, if an order is placed with both preorder and non-preorder pieces, your order will not ship until all pieces are available to ship in full. If you would like to receive the non-preorder piece sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders so you can get what is available right away.
What if the item I want is not in stock?
If you have your heart set on a specific item, we highly encourage you to sign up for the waitlist on the product page. This will send you a notification once the item is back in stock. Please note, a restock is not guaranteed.

Rhode accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
Promotions & Discounts
Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only. Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and can not be applied to styles purchased on sale.
Tracking An Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Missing/Stolen Orders
If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it, please email care@shoprhode.com. Please note, we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
Taxes & Duties
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed once your shipping address is entered.
