We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders above $150. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground. For express delivery orders must be placed before 12pm PST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.
Standard Ground: Delivers 7-10 days after processing.
1 Day- $35 flat rate - Orders must be placed before 12PM PST or will be shipped the next business day.
At this time we do not offer: Saturday delivery, Delivery To P.O. Boxes, Ground Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.
International Shipping Policy
We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will be shipped pending order volume. International shipments are sent via UPS. Via our integrated Zonos checkout, you are required to pre-pay all duties and taxes at checkout so that the item is delivered straight to your door and there will be no additional costs to you.
Please note, when placing an international order, all information must be entered in English for our system to process your order correctly. Thank you.
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will do out best to try accommodate your request. We process orders quickly and if the order has been submitted to our warehouse our returns policy will go in to effect.
If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it please email email@example.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
At the bottom right corner of this and every page you can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates that may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. Please note that only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. Unfortunately we are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.
Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and can not be applied to styles purchased on sale or that are final sale.
