HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground.  For express delivery orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.

CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF MY ORDER?

If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at CARE@SHOPRHODE.COM. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at CARE@SHOPRHODE.COM. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

We ask that you wait 1 to 2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by our carrier. If the package does not arrive after 2 business days please file a claim and launch an investigation on UPS.com. Once your claim has been filed please reach out to info@shoprhode.com and we will collaborate to resolve the issue.
