WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
As we are closing our doors in the coming weeks, all pieces are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
In the event that an order is received with a damaged item, please contact our customer care - care@shoprhode.com
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground from our Los Angeles warehouse. For express delivery orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are packed in the order they are received.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
If you purchased a product on pre-order, please refer to the original product page for expected shipment date. This will be located under the "Pre-Order" button and in the description.
If you placed an order that contains a pre-order style and an available now style, your available styles will ship first with your pre-order being fulfilled within the suggested shipment period.
WHAT DOES PROCESSING MY ORDER MEAN?
The 24-48 hour processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to push your order through the warehouse system; this includes being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Shipping method does not include processing time, so your overnight shipment may not come the day after you order.
CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you would like to change the contents of an order or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at care@shoprhode.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.
If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our returns policy below.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?
If you have your heart set on a specific item, we highly encourage you to sign up for the waitlist on the product page so you can receive a notification once the item is back in stock. Please note, a restock is not guaranteed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, amazon pay, paypal, shop pay, facebook pay, google pay, apple pay, and klarna.
WHAT IS SALES TAX AND HOW IS THIS CALCULATED?
Applicable sales tax is calculated where the merchandise is being shipped to California. International orders are excused from US sales tax, but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?
We put a hold on the funds once your order has been placed, but that is not processed until your order ships.
WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?
When an item is marked as Final Sale, this means you cannot return the item once your order is placed unless the item is damaged.
WHERE DO I FIND MY WELCOME CODE AND WHAT DOES IT APPLY TO?
Our welcome promotion to first time customers can be used on one (1) purchase only. You will receive your discount code after signing up for email exclusives in your inbox.
Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and can not be applied to styles purchased on sale.
CAN I APPLY TWO DISCOUNTS TO MY ORDER?
Two discount codes can not be used on one order.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
We are happy to price match with our retailers if the style and size you are looking at is also available on their website.
For recently marked down pieces on our site, we will not price match. These prices only apply during the duration of any sale and cannot be applied retroactively.
WHAT IS ROUTE?
Route is a shipping insurance that protects your package in the instance of it being lost, damaged or stolen on its way to you! The cost of the insurance is determined by the total cost of your cart.
Please note that by opting out, you are agreeing to waive any order protection against lost, damaged, or stolen items and releasing RHODE of any liability for these issues.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders shipped within the US. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground. For express delivery orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Ground: Delivers 7-10 days after processing. $10 flat rate
2 Day: $25 flat rate. Orders must be placed before 11AM PST or will be shipped the next business day.
Overnight: $45 flat rate.
Signature upon delivery is not required.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.
RHODE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are happy to offer international shipping in collaboration with Global-E. This partnership will allow you to purchase RHODE in your local currency and ship using local carriers.
To place an order, please first select your destination. This can be accomplished by using the "country switcher" located in the site footer or through an automated popup window if you are located in an eligible international destination.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We ask that you wait 1 to 2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If the package does not arrive after 2 business days, please file a claim and launch an investigation on UPS.com. Once your claim has been closed, reach out to care@shoprhode.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Please note: claims with UPS can take up to 2 weeks to resolve.
