WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

For all domestic orders, we accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of the order's fulfillment date. Please note, an $8 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without an RMA or outside the returns window will be subject to store credit or returned to sender.

Items found in the sale collection and/or marked Final Sale cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

In the event that a returned item is received damaged without clear evidence indicating it was the fault of the carrier, the customer will be issued a refund in the form of store credit.

International returns can only be accepted at the cost of the customer, inclusive of shipping charges including taxes and duties. Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies.

CAN I RETURN A SWIMSUIT I PURCHASED?

Yes, swimwear must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and hygienic liners still in place. Returns will not be accepted if the hygienic liner has been removed or tampered with. Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way to be eligible for a return.

HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

To start a return/exchange, head to our Returns Portal.

For international returns/exchanges, head to the Global-E Returns Portal.

The portal will walk you through step-by-step instructions on how to get your return ready and sent back to us.

EXCHANGES

The $8 handling fee will be waived when opting to receive a refund via exchange.

Exchanges for the same item in a different size or item of greater value are accepted within 60 days of the original order's process date.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Within the Returns Portal you will be given the option to return for a refund back to your original payment method or make an exchange. You may opt for a flat exchange or select an item of greater value.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Instant exchanges require a $1 credit card authorization. If your original order is not received and processed within 14 days of exchange request you will be charged for the full amount of the exchange.

You may also choose to process your exchange until your original order is received although this may run the risk of an item selling out.

STORE CREDIT REFUNDS

The $8 handling fee will be waived when opting to receive a refund as store credit.

Store credit for the value of your item purchased is available up until 60 days after the order process date.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been delivered, there is a 5-7 business day processing period. This allows the team to check the contents of your return and quality control the pieces. You will receive notification of when the package has been delivered and when your return has been refunded.

WHAT DOES PROCESSING MY RETURN MEAN?

The 5-7 business day processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for our warehouse to receive your package, quality control it, and then process the refund.

In the event that a returned item is received damaged without clear evidence indicating it was the fault of the carrier, the customer will be issued a refund in the form of store credit.

This does not include the 3-5 business day processing period that is typical for seeing funds transfer between accounts.
