How To Start A Return (US Orders)

1Click here and enter the email address that was used to make your purchase. You will then receive an email in your inbox to initiate the process by clicking “Start a Return/Exchange”. Follow the options to begin the return process and get your pre-paid return label and RA#.

2Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.

3 Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.

4We will notify you via email once the return has been received and processed.

How To Start An Exchange (US Orders)

1Click here and enter the email address that was used to make your purchase. You will then receive an email in your inbox to initiate the process by clicking “Start a Return/Exchange”. Follow the options to begin the exchange process and get your pre-paid return label and RA#.

2Your exchanged item will be processed and shipped by in 2 business days.

3Pack your exchange item(s) in their original packaging along with the exchange form that was included with your order.

4[dot} Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.

5We will notify you via email once the exchange has been received and processed.


International Returns & Exchanges

At this time we do not have an international returns/exchanges portal, but international returns will be accepted at the cost of the customer, inclusive of shipping charges including taxes and duties.

Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are also accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
