How To Start A Return Or Exchange (US Orders)

1. Click above and enter your order number and shipping zip code. Select the item for return or exchange. Return requests must be processed within 14 days of purchase.

2. Pack your item(s) in their original packaging. Tags must still be attached to the garment(s).

3. Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location. Please note that we will deduct an $8 restocking fee from your credit. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.

4. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

All discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the sender.

International Returns

Please access the Global-E Return portal to initiate your international return.

Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies.
